Some our recent projects include the following:

Dan O'Brien Track and Field Complex, University of Idaho, Moscow, ID. 

A complete removal and rebuild of the existing track and field complex for the University of Idaho. Project included demolition of the existing track, cement stabilization of sub-base, installation of drainage utilities, new sod infield, new track surfacing and field equipment.  Completed Fall 2011

Priest Retirement Home, Roman Catholic Diocese, Boise, ID

This retirement complex built in West Boise provides comfortable, spacious living for retired Catholic Clergy. The project is 16,000 SF of wood framed construction, tile roof, stucco and stone exterior with a five acre site development. The building includes a private chapel, common living area, library, common kitchen and courtyard. Each of the eight apartments features a guest room, private patio, kitchen and living area. Completed Spring 2010

Re-Build Steam Tunnel and University Drive, University of Idaho, Moscow, ID

Complete removal and rebuild of the University steam tunnel along University drive. Project included removing lid of tunnel and rebuilding, new storm system and street brick pavers. Project complete Fall 2010.

Denny's Restaurant, Commons Building, University of Idaho, Moscow, ID

Interior remodel to accommodate Denny's Restaurant within the University of Idaho Campus. Golis was asked to complete the project on short notice and meet the owner's and the Universities time frame. Complete in six weeks the project was ready for students at the start of fall semester 2010.
